I was perched, and rather precariously so, atop Signal Hill when I captured the photograph that inspired this work. Fort Amherst sits on one side of The Narrows of St. John’s Harbour and I was on the higher hill on the other side. My legs were seriously shaking but for the sake of art…I captured the prize. Enjoy, take some risks of your own and keep making art!

It is a pretty high hill that overlooks The Narrows! It is breathtaking in more ways than one, especially when so close to the edge of the cliff!!
